With over 20 years of experience in technology, healthcare, and venture development, he focuses on building disciplined, scalable companies designed for long-term value.
With more than two decades of experience spanning technology, healthcare, and venture development, Scott has built and scaled companies across complex and regulated environments.
His background combines hands-on operating leadership with a deep understanding of product creation, go-to-market execution, and long-term value building.
At 2OG, Scott is responsible for venture and product origination, operating strategy and execution oversight, public market readiness, platform scale, and strategic partnerships. His leadership philosophy emphasizes discipline, governance, and execution, with a focus on building companies designed to endure across market cycles.
Trevor Rabie
Co-Founder & Executive Chair
Trevor Rabie is the Co-Founder and Executive Chair of 2OG Ventures, providing strategic oversight, capital markets leadership, and governance across the firm’s portfolio.
With over 30 years of experience in finance, development, and corporate structuring, Trevor brings deep expertise in capital formation, deal architecture, and long-term strategic planning.
His career spans private and public markets, where he has advised, financed, and structured complex ventures across multiple sectors.
At 2OG, Trevor focuses on capital strategy and investor alignment, corporate governance and board oversight, public market structuring, and strategic risk management. Working closely with the CEO, he ensures that 2OG’s platforms are built with institutional discipline, clear governance frameworks, and scalable capital strategies.
